When you contact me with a problem, I’ll first determine whether it can be handled remotely. If it can, I’ll guide you through downloading a small, secure program such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Once it’s running, you’ll see a unique code that you share with me. That gives me one-time access to your device, so I can start diagnosing and fixing the issue. You stay in control the whole time — you can watch what I’m doing, and you can end the session at any point.
