InHomeIT charges $80 per hour for professional IT support and assistance. This rate covers the time required to provide a personalised, on-site service, including travel time to and from your location. Rather than adding a separate call-out or travel fee, we keep things simple by incorporating travel into our standard hourly rate. This means you know exactly what rate you're paying, without unexpected travel charges appearing on your invoice.

To keep billing fair and straightforward, services are charged in 30-minute increments. This means you are not charged for a full hour when your issue only requires a shorter amount of time. The rate covers the time involved in diagnosing problems, providing solutions, setting up and configuring technology, explaining how things work, and travelling to your location. Our goal is to provide practical, professional IT support while keeping pricing transparent and easy to understand.
